Once your order is carefully packed and handed off to the shipping carrier, possession transfers to the customer. That means from the moment it leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and becomes the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after shipment. If issues arise during transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for support.
