Returns & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made with love (and a little dog hair), we’re unable to accept returns on personalized products unless:
- 🐶 The item is defective or damaged
- 📦 You received the wrong item
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Pre-Payment is required for all custom orders. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as embroidery hasn’t begun. After that, we’re already stitching your story!
Sizing & Colors
Thread colors may vary slightly from digital previews. Garment sizes and colors differ by brand. We often have to size the correct stitching around fonts. If we don't think it will look good based on the selection, we will email you prior to any changes. You have 3 days to respond to the email, or we will need to refund your money. We’re happy to help with sizing questions before you buy, please reach out from the contact page.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We love celebrating your custom creations! By placing an order, you agree that your item may be featured on our social media channels to showcase our work and spread the joy.
